ICS Carpentry has contracted to the Shire of Mt Marshall for around 20 years. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Shire since 2017 I am happy to be able to confirm that we have had an excellent working relationship. ICS have undertaken work that has ranged from minor maintenance through to construction. Their approach has been one of full project management and they have taken on the role of liaising with other contractors (such as plumbers, electricians etc) to ensure the whole job is completed methodically and in a timely manner. ICS have further provided assistance with future and budget planning which has been of enormous benefit to Shire staff. Regarding the work undertaken on behalf of the Shire it has regularly been done in line with timeframes provided. ICS always leave their worksites clean and in a safe manner.

We have had ICS Carpentry do various jobs for us over the years, including ceiling replacements, a full renovation of a bathroom, kitchen/dining area and laundry and the erection of a carport and re-sheeting of a garage. Ian has many years of experience and is happy to give advice and ideas when asked; to him all jobs are doable! He seems to effortlessly organise everything - other tradesmen (e.g. plumbers, electricians etc.), paint, tiles and suchlike. We appreciate that once the staff are onsite they are efficient, timely, careful and tidy, along with being cheerful. Its fabulous to have this service in our home town!

Since purchasing my current home in 2015, ICS Carpentry have undertaken numerous renovation and maintenance jobs including replacing ceilings, walls, flooring, doors, painting & tiling. We have used the services of ICS Carpentry for the last 12 years or so. Ian and his crew did major renovations to our farmhouse which included a wrap-around decked veranda, a large decked pergola, a large extension to the existing house structure, new kitchen, internal wall removal, and re-roofing. The work carried out was of a high standard and was completed very quickly. We continue to appreciate the work done by ICS Carpentry and enjoy coming back to a nice home after being away.
